Continuos Restackers for VHS, CD and DVD.

These stack and output restackers for VHS, CD and DVD, require no pause or wait times for other equipment while outputting a completed stack on the out feed conveyor. This, in real terms, is an increase of 40% throughput. These stackers find application on plain, steeved or wrapped VHS cassettes or CD and DVD boxes. The output conveyor is six feet in length to stack, in terms of cassettes, about 100 units. Custom requirements can be catered for.

Electrically operated. No pneumatics required.

Conveyor storage capacity of 100, depending on stack height.

Ideal as reservoir for slower packaging machines, reducing labor costs.

Left or right side 90 degree input with cassette lengthwise.

Capacity can be extended or interfaced to dispenser units

Table top mounted or with optional cart on casters.

Out conveyor bed height: 6" above table top.
