System:
The on demand automatic mail out system has inputs from a color printer / copying machine and discs prepared in the same sequence. The printed sheets are scored for folding and cut to size by rotary guillotines. The printed sheets, after being cut and scored are glued on their edges and folded to produce envelopes. Discs are picked off spindles and placed into their matching envelopes, closed and sealed ready for mail out.
