The Super Sleever introduces a cost efficient new level of reliability and speed for automated sleeve insertion for VHS packaging. A complete departure from cumbersome designs with motor chain drives has been achieved through a unique application of pneumatics, stepper drive and electronic concurrent processing technology. Initial setup is simple and preventative maintenance is kept to a minimum. By the choice of reliable component vendors, replacement parts are freely available world wide. The advanced digital control system enables the sleever to link seamlessly with other packaging equipment (i.e. shrink / over wrappers, labelers etc.) up stream or down stream.
